Dr. Zybell brings nearly three decades of experience in nursing, academic leadership, and organizational transformation, with a strong record of strengthening academic operations, accreditation readiness, workforce development, and student success. Her background spans clinical practice, faculty leadership, and executive administration, and she is widely recognized for her ability to bring teams together, enhance systems, and create supportive, high‑performing learning environments.
In her role as Dean, Dr. Zybell will guide academic quality, faculty development, program growth, and student‑centered initiatives that position our nursing programs for continued excellence.
