Ricky Brown brings over a decade of higher education leadership, enrollment, and student success experience to Arizona College of Nursing. Prior to joining the college in 2026, Ricky held a variety of roles in Enrollment Management, ending his time at the university where he served as the Director of Admissions & Financial Aid for their law school. Ricky then spent the next five years supporting colleges and universities across the country working with global research and education technology firms, which provided enrollment and retention solutions that aligned with every campus strategic plan and the goal of improving student outcomes.
As Executive Director of Enrollment Services, Ricky will leverage his experiences to help drive enrollment growth, boost retention, and open the door to every student that seeks to improve their lives and others through Nursing education.
