Julie Jordan joined AZCN- Ontario in 2023 bringing with her 23 years’ experience in nursing education and leadership. Julie’s educational background includes a Master’s of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in nursing education from University of Phoenix. Throughout her career she has held various leadership roles in higher education, including serving as the Academic Dean of Nursing and the National Simulation Lab Director at a University in Utah.

Most recently, Julie played a pivotal role in role in establishing a nursing school in the greater Los Angeles area, as the founding Dean she over saw four campuses offering LVN and RN programs.

In terms of her clinical experience, Julie has a solid foundation in ICU/CCU, emergency room, pediatric and obstetric nursing. Her expertise and dedication have earned her positions on several advisory boards and is a proud member of American Nurses Association (ANA). Beyond her professional accomplishments, Julie treasures her role as a mother to five children, alongside her supportive husband. With nine grandchildren and more on the way, she finds joy in giving back to the nursing education field she believes in so strongly.

In October 2023 Elden Monday joined AZ College Of Nursing-Ontario and Aurora. With over three decades of experience in higher education, Elden has overseen teams and campuses across the nation.  His paramount objective remains consistent: to discover methods for enhancing the proficiency of every staff member, thereby enabling them to better serve students.

Christopher Peters comes to Arizona College of Nursing – Dallas campus from International Education Corporation, were he served as Vice President of Operations – Growth. Additionally, he is a resourceful and innovative learning and development leader with a demonstrated 22 year track record of excellence in Proprietary Higher Education Management. Peters holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing from Southern University – Baton Rouge, LA campus.

Since joining Arizona College of Nursing in 2023, Dr. Hoyt has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Hartford and Greenville campuses, teaching courses including Statistics, Introduction to Psychology, and Human Growth and Development. Prior to her tenure with us, she taught at both Southern New Hampshire University and Eastern Gateway Community College. She also brings a wealth of leadership and financial experience from the business sector as a legal accounting supervisor and development analyst.

In her new role, Dr. Hoyt will lead the General Education component of the BSN program, overseeing faculty and students while ensuring compliance with all accreditation and regulatory standards.

Dr. Joshua Padron came to Arizona College of Nursing, in Tampa in 2024. Prior to joining Arizona College, he served as the Executive Director for West Coast University, in Doral, Florida for 8 years. Before that, he served as the Metro President for DeVry University overseeing three locations. His passion for student success has been a driving force for Dr. Padron for the past 25 years. His focuses on NCLEX pass rate, retention rate, and faculty and staff engagement which are critical parts to any healthy and successful organization in higher education.

As Sr. Campus President, Dr. Padron will oversee the Greenville and Tampa Campuses, and lead both communities in fulfilling its vision, mission and purpose.

Dr. Elizabeth Murray is the Dean of the Greenville Campus of Arizona College of Nursing, where she leads efforts to advance nursing education, research, and practice. With over 13 years of experience in nursing leadership and almost two decades of nursing experience, Dr. Murray has a deep commitment to fostering student experience and preparing the next generation of nurses to meet the evolving needs of healthcare.

Dr. Murray joined Arizona College of Nursing at the Tempe Campus as a Clinical Adjunct Faculty in 2020 and worked as a Full-Time Faculty and Assistant Dean of Nursing at that campus before opening the Greenville Campus. Under her leadership, the Greenville campus will strengthen partnerships with clinical institutions, promote innovative teaching methods based on best practices, and focus on improving patient care through evidence-based practice.

Malia Davis joined Arizona College of Nursing – Greenville in 2024 bringing with her a twenty-year record of successful leadership roles in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership and is passionate about driving growth, change and process optimization with forward thinking vision.  As Executive Director of Enrollment Services, she manages the administrative operations of the Greenville campus to include student enrollment and admissions.

While originally from the Cleveland area, Evan earned his B.S. in biochemistry from West Virginia University followed by his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Structural Biology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Returning home, Evan joined Arizona College of Nursing as an adjunct instructor at the Cleveland campus in 2023, teaching Anatomy & Physiology, Pathophysiology, Chemistry, and Math. Later he took on the position of Academic Support Coordinator, until finally taking his current position as Dean of General Education. As Dean of General Education, Evan oversees the individuals and operations of the General Education segment of our Nursing program, seeking to provide the best experience to faculty and students alike.

Prior to joining Arizona College in 2025, Samantha worked in the field of Dietetics before stepping into Pediatrics and medical office/hospital administration for over 10 years. As the Academic Records Coordinator (ARC) for the Arizona College of Nursing Cleveland Campus, Samantha brings strong organizational, time management and attention to detail skills with her from her previous roles and is looking forward to a more fulfilling position in academics.

As the Academic Records Coordinator, Samantha ensures that students’ official transcripts are received and assists with any process that affects a student’s progression throughout the program. She will be their first point of contact if they have questions regarding their class schedules, taking an approved break, or their Core Progression, etc.

Marcia Lampkin came to Arizona College of Nursing – Cleveland in 2022 with 19 years of higher education experience in collegiate enrollment, recruitment, and administrative management. She is dedicated to achieving institutional goals and delivering a superior customer service experience.

As Executive Director of Enrollment Services, she oversees the daily operations of the campus and student admissions and financial aid. Marcia is passionate about student satisfaction and is grateful to be a part of their academic journey here at Arizona College.
