Olivia has been a registered nurse since 2012 working in home health, emergency medicine, medical surgical, and labor and delivery.  Prior to joining Arizona College in 2019, Olivia was adjunct faculty at Eastern Arizona College, and full-time faculty at Pima Medical Institute, Pima Community College, Brigham Young University Idaho, and Arizona College of Nursing Tucson.

She was the Associate Dean of Arizona College of Nursing before moving into the Dean of Nursing role.  She has held positions with the Arizona Nurses Association Nurse Educator Group as the Director of Education and served a term on the Arizona State Board of Nursing Education Advisory Committee.

Colt Savage came to Arizona College of Nursing – Tucson in 2019 with fifteen years of teaching experience at the collegiate level specializing in Anatomy and Physiology, Neuroanatomy, and Biology.

As Dean of General Education, he helps facilitate student and faculty success. He is passionate about education and is grateful to be a part of their academic journey here at Arizona College.

Lulu Brinkley came to Arizona College of Nursing in 2023 and oversees the St. Louis campus. Previously, she was the Director of Admissions for Logan University. She has been in higher education for the last 11 years focusing on data driven enrollment goals. She is passionate about education and the impact it has on students.

As Senior Executive Director of Enrollment Services, Lulu is here to help students start their nursing journey. She is all about students first and creating a smooth transition for future nurses.

Dr. Eli Stav earned a Bachelor of Psychology, a master’s in industrial organizational psychology, and a PhD in occupational science. He joined Arizona College of Nursing in 2025 as Dean of General Education, bringing 19 years of higher education leadership, strategic management, and administrative experience in academic and student affairs, including Associate Dean for academic affairs, College Registrar, full-time tenure track faculty, and Director of Testing and Campus Information Services.

Dr. Stav is passionate, dedicated, and committed to student-first experience and success, faculty empowerment, and excellence in pedagogy, assessment, and instruction.

Dr. Lanette Stuckey is the Assistant Campus President for the St. Louis campus at Arizona College of Nursing. Dr. Stuckey received her Ph.D. in nursing education and her MBA in Healthcare Administration while also holding certifications as a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE), Academic Clinical Nurse Educator (CNEcl), Nurse Executive-Advanced (NEA-BC), Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE), and a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN). Dr. Stuckey also received the 40 under 40 Emerging Nurse Leaders award in 2019 and was named “Nurse of the Year” in 2012.

Dr. Stuckey has more than eighteen years of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse and nearly as many years in nursing education, including serving as dean. Her background is in medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac, and nursing house supervision. As a nurse educator, she has written, taught, coordinated, and instructed many courses over the years. Dr. Stuckey sits on several boards and committees and has also published multiple articles for nursing journals along with presenting her research focusing on nursing education, simulation, cultural competence, BSN post-graduate mentorship, nursing economics, accelerated nursing programs, distance education, next-generation NCLEX®, and teaching strategies.

Greetings!  My name is Sarah Knight and I serve as Academic Records Manager for the Southfield Campus.  I come to Arizona College with more than 17 years of experience in higher education including roles in admissions, financial and academic advising as well as leadership roles in student and career services.  I am a proud alumna of Michigan State University where I earned my bachelor’s degree. I also hold a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.

I consider myself to be a strategic minded, data-driven individual who has a passion for serving as a resource for colleagues and students.  I am solutions-oriented and consistently strive to find ways to align campus and organizational goals to meet the needs of our students.  I have a particular passion and interest in retention and enjoy finding creative solutions to help students overcome challenges and barriers.  My goal is to help make the Southfield campus the premier destination for those wishing to fulfill their dreams of becoming a nurse.

Kelli is a lifelong Detroiter and educator. She has been an English teacher in the Detroit Public School system as well as Edison Schools and Cornerstone Schools. She has served as Director of Enrollment and Student Services at Oakland Community College and Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing at Miller College in Battle Creek, MI. Currently, she teaches English Literature and Research Writing at Wayne County Community College and is Dean of Education at the Arizona College of Nursing. Ms. Van Buren has a passion for her community and for young people as proven by her participation on the Board of Directors for Mosaic Youth Theater of Detroit, Matrix Human Services, and the Chandler Park Academy.

Dr. Gillespie is joining Arizona College Southfield Campus. Twanda is a Detroit Native, wife, and mother of three girls. She has worked in nursing for 18 years specializing in critical care and emergency nursing. Most recently, she has served as professor and Director of Nursing Services for Madonna University’s Accelerated BSN program. Twanda received her BSN in 2005 and MSN in 2012 from the University of Detroit Mercy. She recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Spring of 2023.

Lisa Cantlebary came to Arizona College of Nursing – Tampa in 2021 after serving as the Dean of Academic Affairs in Indiana and Ohio. Lisa has over 28 years of experience in the education field. In the past, she has served as a computer science instructor and high school teacher and has also held the position of Program Coordinator of the Office Administration Program. She earned her Master of Education degree from Ashland University. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and secondary education from Ohio Dominican University.
