Passionate about nursing education, Dr. Bell is dedicated to shaping the next generation of nurses by fostering critical thinking, clinical excellence, empathy, and resilience.
Early in her career as a nurse, she witnessed the profound impact that strong leadership has on patient outcomes and healthcare environments.
