Marcia Lampkin came to Arizona College of Nursing – Cleveland in 2022 with 19 years of higher education experience in collegiate enrollment, recruitment, and administrative management. She is dedicated to achieving institutional goals and delivering a superior customer service experience.
As Executive Director of Enrollment Services, she oversees the daily operations of the campus and student admissions and financial aid. Marcia is passionate about student satisfaction and is grateful to be a part of their academic journey here at Arizona College.

Hello, my name is Paulette L. Goodman the new Academic Records Manager here at Arizona College of Nursing. I have an AS in Health Science. Before coming to Arizona College of Nursing my previous position was Administrative Program Coordinator. I have over 20 +years of customer service experience and 15 years of experience in management. My previous experiences cover engaging and transforming the minds and lives of youth and adults.
One of my main beliefs in Leadership is that integrity is very important it sets the tone and the balance in an organization and department. I enjoy learning new things and cheering others on as they reach their goals. Making a difference is very rewarding and exciting to me. I am very family oriented. One fun fact about me is that I am a wife, mother and grandmother of 18.

Jennifer Petit brings her extensive expertise in educational technology to the Arizona College of Nursing – Cleveland as the Dean of General Education. A deep-rooted passion marks her journey for integrating cutting-edge technological innovations within educational frameworks. With a solid educational theory and practice background, Jennifer has devoted her career to exploring how technology can be harnessed to revolutionize learning experiences. Her approach to education is deeply influenced by her research and understanding of educational theorists, which she adeptly applies to her work at the college.
In her role as Dean, Jennifer oversees the General Education department, ensuring that the curriculum meets the highest academic standards and incorporates innovative teaching methodologies. She is dedicated to creating a dynamic learning environment where traditional educational theories and modern technology intersect to provide students with a comprehensive and forward-looking educational experience. Jennifer’s leadership is characterized by her commitment to academic excellence and enthusiasm for educational innovation.
