# Michigan Nursing School Educating The Next Generation of Nurses

Stefana Bojescu, a faculty member at
[Arizona College of Nursing – Southfield](https://www.arizonacollege.edu/southfield-michigan-nursing-school/)
, spoke to CBS Detroit about the state of nursing. Self-care is key to ensuring
nurses stay in the profession. We also need to attract a diverse group of new
nurses, so we are fostering a culture of understanding and trust with patients
from various backgrounds.
